He was very good at listening to my questions and my worries. He was good at giving me advice and putting my mind at rest and understood where I was coming from. He was able to provide help and support. He described what was happening to me and why he thought it was. He never rushed us and listened to everything I had to say. He made me feel that at last someone understood and could now maybe at last help me.
